Fieldborn Cosmetics — Refund and Returns Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy explains when products purchased from Fieldborn Cosmetics may be returned, replaced, or refunded.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Personal care and skincare products
Fieldborn sells skincare and personal care products.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, unsealed, or partially used skincare and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described.
2. Change-of-mind returns
Because Fieldborn products are personal care products and are fulfilled specifically for Fieldborn orders, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Products ordered by mistake
- Preference changes
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been used or tested
- Products where the protective seal, packaging, or hygiene protection has been removed or damaged
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
3. EU and UK customers
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within the legally required period.
However, this right may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Returned products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described.
4. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
Contact us as soon as possible if:
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is leaking
- The wrong product was delivered
- Part of the order is missing
- The package is visibly damaged
- The product appears faulty or defective

- Clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damaged area where applicable
We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
5. Lost orders

If the tracking information shows that the parcel was delivered, but you cannot find it, we may ask you to check with household members, neighbours, building reception, the courier, or the local postal service before a replacement or refund can be considered.
6. Return approval
All returns must be approved by Fieldborn Cosmetics before being sent back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
7. Return shipping costs
Unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
If we made a mistake with your order or the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will review the case and provide a suitable solution in accordance with applicable law.
8. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the refund is due to our error.
9. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as described:
- Opened skincare products
- Used skincare products
- Unsealed personal care products
- Products with damaged hygiene seals
- Products not in original condition
- Gift cards, if offered
- Promotional or final-sale items, where permitted by law
10. Allergies and skin reactions
Everyone’s skin is different. We recommend reviewing the ingredients before use and patch testing products where appropriate.
If irritation occurs, stop using the product.
Skin sensitivity, dislike of texture, scent, or personal preference may not qualify for a refund unless required by law.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
