Fieldborn Cosmetics — Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Fieldborn Cosmetics are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Where we ship

Fieldborn currently ships to selected countries in:

  • The European Union
  • The United Kingdom
  • The United States

Shipping availability depends on the delivery country and address entered at checkout.

We currently do not support delivery to all islands, offshore territories, military addresses, PO boxes, mail forwarding addresses, or unsupported remote areas. If your address is not supported, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

2. Order processing and fulfillment

Fieldborn products are fulfilled through third-party fulfillment partners.

Most standard orders are prepared and fulfilled within approximately 2 full working days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, supplier delays, or high order volumes, fulfillment may take longer.

Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated delivery times

After fulfillment, estimated delivery time is usually:

  • European Union: approximately 2–7 working days
  • United Kingdom: approximately 4–7 working days
  • United States: approximately 2–5 working days

These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery country, courier, customs procedures, local postal services, weather, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

The final shipping price depends on the delivery country, selected shipping method, and order size.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Tracking information may take time to update after the courier receives the parcel.

6. Customs, duties, and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country.

These charges are not controlled by Fieldborn Cosmetics and may be the responsibility of the customer unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks or import procedures.

7. Incorrect shipping address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, Fieldborn Cosmetics may not be able to provide a free replacement or refund.

We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been placed.

8. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, damaged, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at:

  • The email address used for the order
  • A short description of the issue
  • Photos of the package and product, if applicable

We will review the case with our fulfillment and delivery partners. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

9. Failed delivery

If delivery fails because the customer does not collect the parcel, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable to receive the order, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Refunds for failed delivery cases are handled at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
